Damaged Merchandise
Our items are packaged and shipped with the utmost care and damages are rare. However, if you receive damaged merchandise please retain all packing materials, as the merchandise and the packaging materials will be inspected by UPS (or freight carrier) and returned to us at no expense to you. Merchandise to be returned for refund or exchange
Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt, in their original packaging and in resalable condition.
Please call us at 888-899-8493 for a return authorization number.
Packages arriving without this number will be refused.
In the case of a return or refund the customer is responsible for all shipping charges
Packages are shipped from several locations, so please do not ship anything back to the return address without contacting us, as this may not be the correct address for returns. For your protection, when making a return we recommend that you box carefully, insure the item and get a tracking number in case the item is lost in transit.
